Chef Yoel Ben-Shabbat: 35 years of passion
The founder of the smokehouse, Chef Yoel Ben-Shabbat, brings more than 35 years of experience from restaurants and competitions around the world. After gaining knowledge and earning medals, he chose to return home to the quiet of the desert and create a place that honors the tradition of smoking, guided by his uncompromising personal touch.
